After reading TWPAI, I couldn't wait to get my hands on more Domenico!! (Drooling while thinking about it) I really enjoyed Misty's fierceness and change in character in this book, there were definitely some slap-her-already moments, but then again...I could be labeled a "hater" since I wouldn't dare keep Domenico waiting ;) I loved that there were old characters brought into light and new characters introduced. I wish there were more to read, but then again...I'm just being selfish (you would too if you gave Domenico a 2nd thought). The only reason it's missing the 5th star is because I practically fell in love with Misty's character from the first book and knew that she valued her family, adopted or birth, her whole persona stemmed from that and I felt that although the last book didn't detail her family and her disappearing leaving them behind, this book didn't cover as much as I wanted it to. What happened with Baby Dylan? What's up with Kevin? And Oh high all mighty...wouldn't it be great if Kelly ended up with Lysander? lol Call it wishful thinking, but overall...I am definitely adding this book to my reread section and would recommend it in a heart beat!!

Wow. . .Misty finally get a spine and turns into a warrior chick. . love it. This turns everything topsy turvy. Love the way her chracter has grown,to challenge the Prince. I also love the way her siblings evolved as well. I enjoyed the build-up of the climax and how all of the parts contributed to the whole. What an ending, could there be more to come . . .
This is the second in three books about Dominico and Misty. I was suprised at how this part turned out. I cant wait to get the last part to see where they end up. She is in Faries Land now due to the lies that Dominico told. She needed to get away from him so she took up with the Fae. What happens there was the suprise. Not really can anyone trust the Fae? Great job keeping me hanging Marian Tee.
The title had me worried for Misty and Domenico, so I didn't know what to expect for them as a couple. The emotional roller coaster was so worth it!!! The story was exciting, funny, passionate, heart wrenching etc etc... You will experience every emotion possible. I really hope there's more to the series.
there's not a lot i can say without spoilers, but i couldn't not review this most awsome sequel (i mean, how often can you really say that about a sequel?). there were times i was afraid i wouldnt like the outcome, but it was so good anyway that it didnt stop me from reading on..the action is almost non-stop (between bedroom scenes, court drama, new characters, new villians..you get the picture)..plus there's the kick-butt misty to cheer for, and the huminized domenico to fall in love with all over again...and a future of posssible spin-offs to dream of, with all the new characters as well as old possibilities..i look forward to more from tee's world of werewolves, fairies and caros (its corny but i gotta say it..."i squee for marian tee!").
I really enjoyed the first book, but this one left me unsure of whether I liked it or not, so I hit 3 stars as neutral. Now I think I wasted my $2 on this book. Yep I'm complaining about $2 that's how good this book wasn't.

Domenico has finally mated Misty. Only he hurt her feelings so she ran off to live with the faeries. SERIOUSLY!!!!

She was so upset she even abandoned her kids with her new husband, only visiting them... YEAH THE TYPE OF WOMAN I WANT TO CHEER ON... NOT!!!

It just got worse from there... I didn't hate the book but I'm not sure if I'd risk myself to recommend it, so read it at your own risk. I will say I'd read it again if it was re-written and improved.
I thought that this book was a great follow up to the first book. The plot twists weren't overly obvious and the ending wrapped everything up well. The length of the book was also great and I was able to finish it in a single evening. I would definitely recommend both books in the series.

A side note however - there were more grammar errors or typos in this book than in the first (him when it should have been her, extra words in a sentence where it was clear it had been revised but a word from a previous "draft" remained forcing you to re-read the sentence a few times to get the meaning). At times they were irritating but they were not so abrasive/distracting as to make me not want to recommend the book or the series. I wouldn't say the book was full of them either. A dozen instances at most throughout the entire book but I thought it best to point out. It bothers some people more than others.

Following up with the tragic heart stopping issue Misty has with Dominico~ I mean brutal humiliation...

This book really doesn't skip a beat with wear we left off with the first book. I loved the reinforcing of all my favorite characters and where their allegiance lies with the chaos about to rain havoc on our lovely couple.

Misty has become a better version of herself by living with the Fae, stronger and yet still quite broken inside. She has been learning to not only fight with a sword but also what to fight for. You can never be sure where the hearts will be lead during your reading of this book. Will Misty and Dominico ever think they are worth one another?? What about the Hot Co-Ambassador Lysander, Misty is working with?? All these suitors and not enough time. So many kept secrets in this second installment of the Moretti Wolves.
Marian Tee has carefully constructed a fantastic stage for the series to unfold upon. So many ways to take it and I for one will be there reading the entire way.

Are you looking for deception, hot Passion and fueled desire then this is the place to be..
